5.8 Raising the presser feet

The presser feet (1) can be raised by an electric motor, by depress-

ing the pedal (3).

Steps

1. Push the pedal halfway backwards.

2. Raise the presser feet.

1. Push the pedal fully backwards.

2. Activate the thread cut-off and raise the presser feet.

Risk of crushing by the presser feet

Do not reach under the raised presser feet.
